Built in 1897, the charming French Chateau with Italian-style gardens doubles as both a museum of historical significance and as a storybook setting for photography, events and special celebrations.
 
A national historic landmark, the home is a one-of-a-kind example of life during the Gilded Age in Southern California. Come visit and fall back in time as you stroll through well-manicured lawns and along iconic stairways, experiencing the restorative powers of waterfalls, ponds, fountains and gardens. Kimberly Crest is open to the public to walk and explore the grounds. For the comfort and peace of mind of all guests, pets are not allowed on site without advanced permission. Entry inside the house is available through small group tours with ticket purchase. Special events are also offered throughout the year to immerse guests in the history of the place and raise much-needed funds to preserve the landmark for all time.
